For a pasted ingredient that was interpreted incorrectly, read the review guide and compare the proposed row with the original line. You can correct the row or keep the line as a note without discarding it.

For a missing conversion, inspect the selected source, ingredient state, and volume definition. For saving or import problems, keep your original file and check the projects and downloads guide before replacing any stored data.

Prepare an ingredient-reference correction

Identify the ingredient page and the reference selected in the converter. Include the source URL, the source’s original amount and unit, and the preparation state. Explain which part appears inconsistent.

A different published value is useful evidence of another reference, but it is not automatically proof that the current value is wrong. Differences in cup definition, packing, chopping, or measuring order may explain the result.

• Original input, units, and requested output.
• Preparation state and measuring method.
• A link to the relevant primary source.
• The expected result and how you calculated it.

Prepare a tool or accessibility report

Use the smallest example that reproduces the issue. State which tool you used, the steps you took, what you expected, and what happened. Include the browser and device if the issue appears specific to them.

For keyboard or screen-reader problems, identify the control and the point at which progress stops. For an import problem, report the error text and file version without sharing a private recipe unnecessarily.

Share only what is needed

Remove names, personal notes, or recipe details that are irrelevant to the issue. A made-up three-line recipe is often sufficient to demonstrate a parsing or scaling problem.

Keep your original recipe and backup while preparing a report. Email support is not a recipe-storage or recovery service.
